About the job
Lead group-wide quality strategy across construction projects, regions and business units. Own quality governance and the Integrated Management System, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Set quality KPIs, oversee audits and corrective actions, report to executive leadership and manage engagement with clients and certification bodies. Develop regional quality teams and succession plans, and drive continuous improvement through digital quality systems, benchmarking and BIM-enabled delivery.
Experience and requirements
- Relevant degree in construction, engineering or surveying
- At least 15 years of construction experience, including substantial senior quality-leadership responsibility
- Main-contractor, developer or construction-group background
- Experience leading quality programmes across multiple projects or regions
- Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 and integrated management systems
- Strong audit, risk, governance and continuous-improvement expertise
- Experience developing and leading quality teams
