About the job
Lead environmental, health and safety delivery across allocated construction projects, initially covering commercial and residential projects in Dublin. Implement and monitor the EHS Management System, promote a positive safety culture, conduct site inspections and audits, identify hazards and monitor compliance. Work with project managers, site supervisors and subcontractors to resolve safety concerns, and keep up to date with relevant regulatory and industry developments.
Experience and requirements
- Recognised Health and Safety degree or diploma
- Professional certification such as NEBOSH, OSHA or equivalent
- At least 10 years of industry experience
- Proven Health & Safety Manager experience in construction, preferably across commercial and residential projects
- Strong leadership, communication and collaborative working skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HammerTech
