About the job
Lead multidisciplinary MEP delivery on a major data centre construction project. Manage mechanical and electrical engineers and construction managers, coordinate design, procurement, installation, sequencing and commissioning, monitor quality and materials, review technical information and drive programme, cost and delivery improvements.
Experience and requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services
- At least 10 years of MEP construction experience
- Experience delivering large and technically complex projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, sequencing, installation and commissioning
- Proven leadership and commercial judgement
- Data-centre experience highly desirable
