About the job
Lead BIM delivery on a major data centre construction project in Vaasa, Finland. This is a fully site-based role. Manage BIM coordinators and technicians, ensure project BIM procedures are followed, coordinate complex MEP installations with site engineers and package managers, resolve multidisciplinary design clashes and oversee production of drawings, specifications and schedules in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan. Support junior team members and contribute to digital engineering improvements.
Experience and requirements
- At least 8 years' experience working across multiple major projects
- Strong Revit skills, with an MEP focus essential
- Relevant bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
- AutoCAD experience preferred and Navisworks desirable
- Excellent organisation, communication, coordination and time-management skills
