About the job
An opportunity for an experienced CSA Supervisor to coordinate civil, structural and architectural work packages on a major data centre project in Bertonico, Italy. Oversee civils, fit-out, roofing and cladding works, supervise site operations and subcontractors, monitor programmes and manpower, and coordinate site safety and quality assurance. Work with planners, project managers and design teams, review construction drawings, manage change documentation, and coordinate snagging, close-out and project handover.
Experience and requirements
- Relevant trade qualification or degree
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including large-scale CSA projects
- Experience supervising civils, fit-out, roofing and cladding packages
- Ability to lead CSA personnel and coordinate subcontractors
- Strong communication, numeracy and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing site safety, QA, programme and construction documentation
