About the job
Join a data centre project in Sines in a full-time, on-site electrical commissioning role. Supervise electrical vendors, monitor scope delivery and programme milestones, and coordinate day-to-day commissioning activities. Support factory acceptance and witness testing; work with UPS, switchgear, generators, medium-voltage systems and BMS controls. Coordinate with quality and authorised-person teams, review test scripts and compliance documentation, witness vendor testing, prepare progress reports and manage commissioning tagging and sign-off records.
Experience and requirements
- Relevant electrical engineering or building services qualification, or electrical trade qualification with appropriate training and experience.
- At least 3 years in a similar construction role; data centre, commercial, industrial or pharmaceutical project experience desirable.
- LV, MV or HV systems experience with commissioning expertise.
- At least 3 years of electrical testing and verification experience.
- Strong safety awareness, analytical problem-solving and commitment to quality procedures.
